Our freestanding Larder cupboards not only allow you to enjoy owning a stylish & traditionally inspired pantry unit but will provide ample & practical additional storage to your kitchen. Not only can they add a brilliant focal point to the room, standing as they do as beautiful pieces of furniture in themselves, they are also perfect for maximising the use of minimal floor space. These larders can also enable you to free up space from elsewhere in the kitchen, perhaps by freeing up wall space, meaning fewer wall cupboards may be needed & therefore cleaner lines and an overall less cluttered looking feel & style to the kitchen can be achieved.
Another benefit of owning one of our freestanding larder cupboards is that you are able to store everything in the same place - say goodbye to the days of wasting time trying to find all the ingredients you need. The larder is able to combine several storage solutions & can include spice racks, adjustable shelves, wooden drawers & even space to store your glassware, tableware and cookware. Wicker baskets can also be incorporated into the base of the larder & are ideal places to store your fresh fruit and vegetables.
All of our larders are carefully hand made & painted to each of our client's individual requirements. Being bespoke means they can be made to fit into any available space that you have in your kitchen and you are able to choose from any combinations of design to accommodate & realise your specific needs. The back of the larder doors can accommodate spice racks if required for all your herbs and spices, as mentioned & the shelves are adjustable allowing the ability to store larger items within the cupboard if so required. All freestanding larders can be finished in any tone from our own colour palette. We also offer a colour matching service for a small extra charge.

General Information
These larder cupboards are hand made in solid pine using traditional methods of construction and styling. Ideal for when you need a freestanding cupboard storage solution for your kitchen. All drawers are dovetail jointed and all doors have mortise & tenon joints. You can also choose to have the larders fitted with either plain Shaker panelled doors or tongued & grooved style panels in addition to optional fretwork motifs & patterns which can also be added. Wicker baskets may also be fitted in some designs or a combination of these and traditional drawers. Spice racks are another chance to customise the cupboard to your storage needs & these can be added to one or both doors. Other design aspects worth noting include:-
